Run by coach Leigh Weeks, Breakthrough Strength and Fitness Coaching formed in 2018. Breakthrough Strength and Fitness Coaching is a unique online, and face to face coaching service designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Leigh has been in the fitness industry since 2015 and in this time has worked with a large number of clients of all ages and demographics. Helping them get stronger, improving their body composition and guiding them to be more physically capable in living a healthier lifestyle.
Leigh is extremely passionate about health, fitness and exposing people to the many benefits of Strength Training.

Why should I be doing Strength Training?
Strength training is the ability to produce force against an external resistance, something we do every single day of our lives. The benefits of improving this force production and strength include;

What if I have never trained before?
Not to worry! Breakthrough Strength & Fitness Coaching caters to people of all experience levels and specialises in getting beginners stronger.
Am I too old to start training?
Not at all! The retention of muscle mass as we get older is extremely important for our health. It’s never too late to start training.
What Age Can I Start Training?
You need to be at least 18 to start training your training program as we know that at 18 You have developed and hormone levels are now adequate to allow for proper training progress. We still encourage children to experience training activities but younger children shouldn’t focus on structured training programs until they are properly developed.
Does It Matter Where Im Located?
Not at All! Our Online coaching service enables us to work closely with you no matter where you are located.
What Equipment Do I Need Access to?
Whether you are training in A Gym Facility or at home your training location should feature At least a hard solid surface, Squat racks and Barbells.
While we can coach you through a program without this equipment the barbell most effectively allows you to consistently get stronger.
Lifting Shoes and Belts are also recommended for an optimal training environment which we can recommend to you.
How Do I get started?
Send an email to leigh@breakthroughstrengthandfitness.com.au expressing your interest, after which we will arrange a consultation time that suits with your coach. In your consultation we will take the time to get to know you and gather all the relevant information that will allow us to build your catered program and plan.
How Do I receive my Program and Plan?
Breakthrough Strength & Fitness Coaching uses an online software called PT Minder (Is it Possible to have this as a link direct to PT Minder Login?). This can be accessed via the internet or via The PT Minder App. Your programming and all other relevant documentation can be found in your profile. This Software enables you and your coach to track your progress while optimising communication.
